The EU Data Act intends to empower the European Data Economy by introducing various new rules such as on data sharing between enterprises, the provision of data to the public sector, and on switching between certain cloud services (so-called data processing services). Given how much is at stake for the green digital transition, we are excited to address the following key questions with various Data Act stakeholders:
