The next round of the Europe-wide competition for early-stage startups starts today | Apply by May 15 in the categories Cybersecurity and Enterprise Analytics | Finalists pitch on June 22 at hub.berlin.
Cybersecurity and Enterprise Analytics are the two top topics that are the focus of this year’s Innovators‘ Pitch. How can IT systems and our data be protected from criminal hackers and cyberattacks? And how can companies‘ data treasures be used responsibly to optimize processes with the help of data analytics and artificial intelligence? Startups that provide answers to these questions can apply now in the Cybersecurity and Enterprise Analytics categories for the 14th Innovators‘ Pitch, which will take place as part of the hub.berlin business festival on June 22, 2022, at Funkhaus Berlin. Early-stage startups can submit their ideas, prototypes, and products at innovatorspitch.com until May 15, and the finalists will pitch their ideas in front of the hub.berlin audience, and a jury of experts. There is 5,000 euros in prize money per category and a free Get Started membership to be won.
„This year, the Innovators‘ Pitch addresses two core topics of digital transformation. Cybersecurity has moved into the focus of public attention not only since the Russian attack on Ukraine. Startups in particular can contribute to greater security in cyberspace with innovative technologies,“ says Daniel Breitinger, Head of Startups at the digital association Bitkom. „And the responsible and secure analysis of data is central to the success of digital business models and the transformation to a data economy. The huge potential we have in this country, especially in the cooperation of startups with small and medium-sized enterprises, is still far from being exploited.“
The Innovators‘ Pitch is organized by Get Started, the startup initiative of Bitkom, with the support of partners Cloudflare and SAP.iO. The application form and all details about the competition are available at innovatorspitch.com. The finalists‘ pitch and the award ceremony will take place on the first day of hub.berlin at Funkhaus Berlin. All information on the hub.berlin program and the opportunity for startups to apply for free tickets is available at www.hub.berlin.
