Born as an identical twin Achim is passionate about the power of relationships and trustful collaboration. Today he is a business psychologist and studied management and entrepreneurship. As a consultant and research analyst he worked in China, Singapore and the US for the management and culture development consultancy nextpractice. At Germany based company Traum-Ferienwohnungen (an online marketplace for holiday rentals) he was responsible for product management, company building and organizational development. Here he facilitated a transformational process to a bossless organization with 140 people. Achims passion is to improve the way companies work - building and scaling organizations that bring companies and people to their full potential. Achim co-founded purpose to enable companies to sustainably change their DNA: Engrain Purpose and Self-Determination to co-create an economy that serves people and society.
