During the Corona-pandemic, the organisation of work changed fundamentally for many employees in a very short time, and flexible workplace models continue to characterise the new normality in the world of work after the pandemic. This guide supports employers and employees in designing home office workplaces. It looks at ergonomic, technical and organisational requirements.
The aim of the document is to shed light on different workplace situations in the home environment and to support the choice of work equipment with advice and explanations on workplace design. Questions regarding IT security and accessibility of home office workplaces are also addressed.
