Product-neutral specifications for monitors

This guideline represents the current state of the art for essential technical features of monitors that should be taken into account in public sector tenders. It is the result of the Monitors Working Group of the Bitkom e.V. Product-Neutral Tendering Expert Committee. 

The aim of the document is to provide public sector customers in the federal, state, and local governments and other public corporations with reliable and comprehensible assistance so that they can formulate their tenders for the procurement of monitors in a product-neutral manner, i.e., without using protected brand names and without naming a specific manufacturer.
