We, representing a broad coalition of European Trade Associations, call on European institutions to recognize the vital role of startup policy in shaping a future of digital transformation, sovereignty, sustainable, economic resilience, and societal well-being. As the next legislative period approaches, action is imperative.

Europe needs a #StartupTakeoff. This open letter outlines our key recommendations for the next legislative period, focusing on simplification and harmonization. We aim to remove systemic hurdles faced by startups and scaleups throughout the EU, fostering an ecosystem that enables digital businesses to thrive, innovate, and scale without regulatory impediments.
