Bitkom strongly supports the objectives of the Gigabit Infrastructure Act. A high-performance digital infrastructure is crucial for economic development and prosperity in Europe as well as the transition to a green economy. In order for the GIA to fully take effect, we set out our recommendations for the Commission's proposal in this position paper.
